Investing with Prospora Capital provides several ways to see these high returns while improving your life in other areas. Cash flow and amortization are seen through monthly rent collected from tenants and that pays for expenses, pays down debt, and provides passive cash flow for the property investors, generating long-term wealth.

Our investments provide many tax benefits as well as stability for our investors. Real estate produces tax write-offs, such as through depreciation, which allows you to keep more cash flow and offset other income taxes. Historically outperforming the S&P 500, real estate is much less volatile. Property appreciation and leverage are seen with our investments. Real estate allows you to purchase 100% of a property with only 25% of the value down and the property will appreciate in value much faster than the annual rate of inflation.

Chris Kirkman

CEO

With over twenty years’ experience in business, real estate investment, user experience design, and marketing, Chris has spent many of those years within the real estate, mortgage, and FinTech industries.

As an accredited investor, his real estate experience spans into a portfolio of properties he owns across California, Oregon, and Michigan with a current focus on purchasing apartment communities and self-storage with potential to increase the value of the property by adding enhancements to each unit and the overall exterior of the structures and tenant experience. As a builder, he has focused on the local California market with small single-family housing developments and additionally completes flips in the three states he also owns in. In the next few years, his focus will start to shift into building more multi-family apartment communities.

Aside from real estate businesses, he has owned a multitude of other businesses ranging from companies in roofing, mortgage technology, food service, action sports, and more. Chris brings into his businesses his operations skills which span over deploying the right technology, connecting with the right strategic partners/vendors, raising capital, and implementing branding and marketing to help drive growth and sales.

He has headed design at loanDepot, designing their industry-leading mortgage and personal loan platforms. He also is the former VP of Product and Design for Big Purple Dot, a provider of online mortgage and real estate technology. He still actively consults in the mortgage industry, designing online mortgage solutions for others such as Zillow and First Bank. His background also spans into AI, cybersecurity, telecommunications, automotive, healthcare, energy, smart cities, and several others.

Chris lives in Orange County, California with his wife, two children, and two huskies. He enjoys travel, scuba diving, cycling, backpacking, and a multitude of other activities outdoors.

Jerry Fan

COO

Jerry is a multi-disciplined entrepreneur and an experienced real estate investor. Starting with his first 100%-financed investment property in 2009, Jerry successfully utilized the BRRRR strategy to complete over $10M of real estate transactions in the past decade, while learning hands-on about rehab and property management.

Jerry is a partner and COO here at Prospora as well as TTS Realty, where he and his partner are actively engaging in structuring residential property transactions and managing properties for clients.

Other business activities Jerry’s involved in the past include: Establishing private educational institutions and marketing and recruiting international students, serving as the crew chief and race engineer at multiple international endurances races in GT4 and TCR classes; and his very own Muzilla automobile was on display in SEMA Toyo booth and was featured in print magazine.

Jerry has a Business degree from USC Marshall School of Business, and a passion in real estate and auto racing.
